I'm off my antidepressant pills!

I  am officially off my antidepressant medication as of today. I was on 20 mg Lexapro for depression and anxiety. I went to the doctor around October of last year with severe anxiety and depression. I for once in my life couldn't cope with everyday tasks. We had some bad things happen in the family and I couldn't deal with it. I have always been a strong person that could take anything and still be ok. But I wasn't and I knew it was time to go get some help. I tried weaning myself off the Lexapro after Christmas and I had to go back on it. I thought I guess I will have to take these pills the rest of my life.
